“It is clear from the moment you enter that this night spot is cool-elegance personified.”
Esquire, Middle East
An inspired collaboration between visionary restaurateur, Natasha Sideris and the venerable Maison Perrier-Jouët birthed this pearl in the growing bar portfolio of Tashas Group.
Like champagne, Perlage is made for celebration. Everything about this intimate late night venue embodies the glamour and romance associated with the Queen of Wines. It radiates the kind of joie de vivre that says, “Champagne!”. Even its name is borrowed from the French term for the effervescence in a glass of bubbly - perlage describes the bubbles that rise like strings of dancing pearls.
This is an ultra-glam, uber-cool night spot that pulses with an edgy urban beat too. Vibrant, energetic murals created by a select group of contemporary artists embellish the walls of the mirrored corridor that leads from the entrance towards a red velvet curtain.
Slip through the curtain and enter a world part Moulin Rouge, part Rolling Stones after-party.
Suffused in shades of gorgeous red with platinum accents, plush velvet banquette seating and warm, intimate lighting, the interior is a flirtatious starlet and also a seriously seductive siren. It emanates all the vintage glamour you’d expect of an icon of the silver screen but made over with new-school style.
A shimmering mirror ball installation takes centre stage, scattering kaleidoscopes of diamanté light while the house DJs throw down old-school and contemporary beats.
Attired in sleek, street-inspired uniforms, liquid alchemists weave their magic behind the bar. Every one of their innovative champagne or spirit-based cocktails is garnished with refinement and elegantly presented. Each one is a work of art, a visual poem to match the playful names they’ve been given.
