The magic of the cascading Lemurian blue wall with its flashes of ‘light’ provides the perfect backdrop to the bar. A love letter to the night sky in Greece, this dramatic space allows guests to come together to escape the noise of daily life and let loose. A memorable trip to the METAXA distillery in ATHENS stole the hearts of the team, sealing their love for the brand and its ethos. Deeply rooted in Greek heritage, the amber spirit, created in 1888 was destined to be a part of the bar’s identity. As such, GALAXY BAR is the first cocktail destination created in partnership with the HOUSE of METAXA.
