Published in late 2020, the gorgeous tashas Inspired is the second cookbook by restaurateur Natasha Sideris. Whereas her first book, tashas Café Classics, focused on classic dishes served at her restaurants, in tashas Inspired she shares the inspiration she has drawn from her travels as well as her Greek and Cypriot heritage.
