Andy, the COO at Tashas Group, brings over 40 years of global restaurant expertise. His career spans more than 30 countries, with senior leadership roles in Operations, Marketing, and Business Development. He specializes in franchising, known for building strong relationships and offering insights that drive business growth.
Before Tashas Group, Andy was CEO of Dubai-based Eathos, managing franchises like SushiArt and Tortilla. He also led the development of cloud kitchen brands, expanding operations across three countries. Prior to that, he helped grow Thai fine dining concepts in the UK and Europe with Minor International.
At Minor Food Group in Thailand, Andy expanded 'The Pizza Company' from 100 to over 450 outlets and played a key role in growing Pizza Hut in the MENAPAKT region from 100 to 600 stores.
Andy is passionate about talent development and fostering collaborative cultures. At Tashas Group, he aims to leverage his global experience to elevate operations, drive growth, and expand its many concepts internationally.
