This beverage aficionado hails from Poland and joined TG in 2017 as our mixologist when we opened Flamingo Room by tashas. His role has grown from conceptualizing the drinks menu for this store to conceiving and overseeing the beverage operations for the entire group.

Day to day, he ensures consistency among our existing products as well as curates innovative new bar programs in an effort to put the Group at the top of the class globally.

Krystian and his team have managed to do this with ease, scoring us The 50 World Best Bars nomination for Galaxy Bar, also ranking within the Top 100 Bars in the world as well as 2020’s Campari One To Watch Award just one and a half years after the bar opened its doors.

From humble beginnings working the Cypriot bar scene of Ayia Napa, Krystian began his formal career at Hotel du Vin in 2012 and then set his sights on Dubai starting as Bar Manager at Sass Café and Laluz.

His mantra? The devil is in the detail, a philosophy he lives out by giving every project his all in the hopes that he’ll inspire others to look at the bigger picture. 

Add to that his extraordinary expertise in all things fine cigars and you’ll have a pretty good sense for what makes Krys tick. He represented the UAE at the International Habanosommelier Contest in Havana, Cuba in 2017, ranking 3rd among the top cigar sommeliers worldwide and recently authored a guide called The Cigar Diary.
